Create Fleet Equipments

This tcode is only use to create moving equipment like vehicle and forklift. There are additional tabs in this transaction that are not available to non-moving type of equipment.

1. Tcode: IE31

• Enter the Vehicle Type you wish to create and pres enter

2. Fill up the required data

• Enter the description of the fleet or vehicle equipment
• Enter the Vehicle Type (by default it is filled up base from the selection in initial screen)

3. Select Location tab

• Enter the Maintenance Plant
• Enter the Work Center

4. Select the Organization tab

• Enter the Cost Center
• Enter the Planning Plant
• Enter the Planner Group
• Enter the Maintenance Work Center

5. Select the Structure tab

• Click Change/Install functional button

• Enter the functional location
• Click the check button to install

6. Click the Save button

•  Below message will show once saving is successful
