Create Single Cycle Plan

1. Tcode: IP41

• Leave the Maintenance plan empty, this will automatically generated by the system
• Select the Maintenance Plan Category to : PM Maintenance Order

2. Below screen will be shown, fill up the required data

• Enter the Maintenance Plan description
• Enter the Cycle and the Unit of the cycle
• Enter the Cycle text
• Enter the Maintenance Item description
• Enter the Equipment number (After you have entered the equipment number the Planning data will automatically filled up base from the master data record from the equipment master

3. Select Task List

• Select the Task List for this maintenance plan by clicking GrpCr button

4. Click execute button

5. Double-click the task list description you wish to attach to the maintenance plan

6. You will find at the bottom the task list was attached to this maintenance plan

• Save the maintenance plan

• Enter the date when the Cycle will start
• Click check button to continue saving
