Create General Task List in new Task List group

Maintenance task lists (PM task lists) are grouped into task list groups. A task list group includes all maintenance task lists with similar maintenance flows (for example, oil changes for cars and trucks). Task lists within a task list group are identified by a group counter.

1. Tcode: IA05

• If you are creating new group then leave the Group empty, it will generate a new group number
• Otherwise, enter the task list group you wish to put the new task list
• Press enter or the check button

NOTE: In this scenario we will create new Task List group

 2. Enter the required data in the header screen

• Enter group counter description
• Enter Planning plant
• Enter the responsible work center and plant
• Enter Usage: 4 - Plant maintenance
• Enter Status: 4 - Release (release)
• Press enter or click check button at the top
• Click Operation button

4. Fill up the operations needed to the task

• Enter the operation description
• Enter number work
• Enter the unit of work
• Enter how many person will work
• Enter the Calculation to 1, it will automatically calculate the duration of work

3. Save
